Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Overview

DaddyDo ships high-utility parenting gear Australia-wide. All domestic orders are dispatched from our local facility and delivered securely via Australia Post.

2. Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Dispatch Timeline: All orders for in-stock items are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding Queensland public holidays).

  • Tracking Notification: As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your Australia Post tracking link.

3. Australian Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We offer both Standard Parcel Post and Express Post options at checkout:

  • Free Standard Shipping: Available on all Australian orders over $100 AUD (automatically applied at checkout).

  • Standard Parcel Post: Rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination via Australia Post.

    • Estimated delivery: 2–5 business days for metro areas; 3–7 business days for regional areas.

  • Express Post: Rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination via Australia Post.

    • Estimated delivery: 1–2 business days for metro areas within the Australia Post Express network.

(Note: Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by Australia Post and may vary during peak holiday periods or severe weather events).

4. Pre-Order Shipping Rules

  • Combined Orders: If your order contains a combination of in-stock items and pre-order items, your entire order will be held and shipped together once the pre-order inventory arrives in stock.

  • Separate Shipments: If you need in-stock items delivered immediately, please place separate orders for in-stock and pre-order items.

  • Timeline Updates: Estimated Shipping Dates (ESDs) for pre-orders are operational targets. We will notify you via email if global supply chain or maritime logistics timelines adjust.

5. Delivery Address & Parcel Safety

  • Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct before completing checkout. DaddyDo is not responsible for parcels delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.

  • Authority to Leave (ATL): If you request or authorize Australia Post to leave a package unattended at your delivery address, risk of parcel loss or theft passes to you once Australia Post confirms physical delivery drop-off.

6. Missing or Delayed Packages

If your tracking status shows no movement or your package is significantly delayed beyond Australia Post's estimated window, please contact us at support@daddydo.com.au. We will lodge a formal trace investigation with Australia Post on your behalf to locate your parcel.

7. Destinations

DaddyDo currently ships strictly within Australia. We do not ship internationally at this time.
